Online Training
Convenient, easy, and pajamas are totally acceptable!
Online training sessions can be done as part or all of your training program. My online sessions offer the same level of support and expertise as my in-person sessions. Best of all, nearly anything we can do in-person, we can also do online. (I'll let you know if that's not the case.)
How it Works

You'll receive a link to your Zoom meeting shortly before your session, via email.

I host most of my online sessions on Zoom!

It doesn't require you to download anything.

You can record as much of the session as you like!

Prepare

Here's what to have ready for your online session!

Bite-size treats

Good lighting! Things go best when I can see you and your dog well.

A rough idea of where you can be seen on your camera.

Headphones available in case of echo.

If this is your first session, make sure you've filled out the
Animal Insight Training Contract.

Have a pen and paper or laptop handy to jot down notes.
Payment

Online sessions will be invoiced via PayPal.

Program payment is due in full at the end of the first session of the package.

Single session payment is due at the end of the session.

There are no refunds. In some cases, refunds may be given at the discretion of Animal Insight. (Life happens!)
Rescheduling

Cancellations/reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $60 fee. (This does not include cancellations due to illness.)

If I must reschedule, I'll let you know as early as possible and provide the soonest available sessions. Your time is important, too!

Sessions purchased are good for six months from the purchase date.
